Terms of Service

These terms govern the business-to-business (B2B) consulting services provided by AmbiosIT s. r. o. They do not cover any consumer products, which are sold separately (see ‘Payments & billing’).

1. Provider

The provider is AmbiosIT s. r. o., registered seat Karadžičova 4112/57, 811 07 Bratislava - Staré Mesto, Slovakia, IČO 53 593 995, IČ DPH SK2121473156, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, section Sro, insert No. 151987/B.

2. Scope of services

AmbiosIT provides B2B consulting in artificial-intelligence adoption, including AI strategy and education, document question-answering assistants (retrieval-augmented generation), local / on-premise AI, automation with n8n, and tooling and training. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are agreed individually in a separate contract or order.

3. Payments & billing

  • B2B consulting services are billed directly by invoice under the individual contract agreed with the client. They are not sold or paid for through this website.
  • Any consumer (B2C) products developed by AmbiosIT are sold separately on their own websites, each with its own pricing, terms and policies; those sales are governed by the terms published on those sites, not here.
  • AmbiosIT sells no physical goods (services and digital products only), so no shipping or delivery policy applies to this website.

4. Liability

Services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AmbiosIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Slovak law.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership of deliverables and any licence granted to the client are set out in the individual engagement contract. Content on this website is owned by AmbiosIT unless stated otherwise.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Changes to these terms

AmbiosIT may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Where a signed engagement contract differs, that contract prevails over this page.
